DELIVERY POLICY

    All orders will be processed the same day or the next day and will be sent using Canada postal services. The coats will be sent in special cardboard boxes for maximum protection. 

    Standard delivery : Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery.

    Express delivery : Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery. 

    All orders will be processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

    Delivery times might be slightly longer in certain rural areas. 

    Store pick-up : For store pickups, bring the email with your bill, along with photo identification.

    Make sure to order before December 18, 2020 before noon to receive your purchases before Christmas.

    RETURN POLICY

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    You may return your unused product for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange.

    This does not apply to FINAL SALE items on the website. FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. All items 40% off or more and all special styles are FINAL SALE.

    Please make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

    To complete your return, we require your order number.

    To validate your return, please include in your email the information below:

    • Order number
    • Style name
    • Color
    • Size
    • Return reason among the following: too small, too big, non conforming order (wrong colour, size or article).

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    Once our quality control team has examined the coat, we will reimburse the cost using the original method of payment in the 30 days following purchase. Shipping charges are final and non-refundable.

    Refunds may take 5- 7 business days to show on your account depending on your financial institution. 

    Please note, returns that are not authorized will not be accepted nor processed.

     

    EXCHANGE POLICY

    Not applicable exchanges 

    • Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Face masks are not eligible for refund or exchange.
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

      Gifts

      If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

      If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
